The Wasatch Women’s Business Alliance  is a non-profit organization of committed and professional business women working in Wasatch County. We are organized by design to assist women in connecting with their community  and like minded professionals as they start and grow their businesses in Wasatch County.

Reggan Jastram
Founder
Reggan opened Innovative Real Estate in 2015 after a strong desire to change the level of service in the real estate industry. With over 10 years experience, Reggan has built a small boutique brokerage designed to offer personalized, high end luxury service. Reggan has a long record of successfully guiding and educating clients to ensure a smooth transaction in any purchase or sale. Reggan is a licensed real estate agent that specialized in the Heber Valley, Utah market with emphasis in new construction, mountain and luxury properties and the most current market conditions. Her commitment is to provide the quality of service and communication you desire and deserve. Reggan has been featured in Top Agent Magazine, is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and is a Certified Home Stager. In addition to being a founding member of the Wasatch Womens Business Alliance, she is on the Board of Directors and serves as a mentor for the Wasatch CAPS program.
MeriAnn Boxall
Founder

MeriAnn Boxall is an Associate Broker at Innovative Real Estate. She is a proud member of the Heber Valley Chamber of Commerce and loves giving back and being a part of her community. She has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and hopes to use the knowledge and experience she has gained to help make the Wasatch Women's Business Alliance a great organization of supportive and uplifting women. A Utah native, she has a passion for our unique landscape and a commitment to the future of our communities. She loves being outdoors, reading and enjoying a glass of wine. She is a wife and mother to 2 amazing kids.

As the daughter of a collegiate football coach who grew up moving every couple of years, I understand the value that a home can bring to an individual or a family.
